This can show up as anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and a general sense of being overwhelmed. This sound bath is designed to interrupt that cycle. Using sound as a tool for restoration, Stephanie (@themindfulmodern), will guide your body out of stress and into a deeper state of rest and reset. The vibrations don’t just relax you—they work on a cellular level to help regulate your nervous system, ease chronic tension, and restore clarity. This is a space to lay it all down: the weight, the noise, the burnout. No effort, no performance—just time to come back to yourself. Perfect for anyone feeling scattered, wired, or wiped out.Whether you’re new to sound healing or a regular, this journey offers a needed pause—and a chance to feel different afterward. Come as you are. Leave with less weight. This session includes: -Aromatherapy-Sage &amp; Palo Santo Cleansing-Herbal Tea available before and after the session-Oracle Cards EVENT DETAILS: Parking: There is free street parkingEntrance: From Hastings Street, Go up the stairs at ‘The Enterprise Center’ (to the left of ‘Anytime Fitness’, across the street from 'Green and Oak'), take your first left after the stairs, then walk straight down the hall to the studio on your right WHAT TO BRING: -Yoga mat (please contact us directly if you need to reserve one to rent for $5)-Blanket-Pillow/cushion (recommended for extra comfort)-Eye covering (optional)-Wear comfy clothing CANCELLATION POLICY: We require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund *Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in. DOORS OPEN AT 6:50PM. The session starts at 7pm and we cannot let you in once the sound bath has begun (No refunds for latecomers). YOUR GUIDE FOR THIS SESSION:Stephanie Bowman is a certified vibrational &amp; energetic practitioner. Her main areas of focus are Sound and Reiki healing with intuitive guidance through tarot with the aim to guide her clients back to alignment.She believes in ‘healing from the heart,’ and intends to make that her mission with everything she offers including several healing modalities to benefit her clients physically, mentally and spiritually. Stephanie found sound healing along her journey to finding true wellness and now makes it her mission to share the gift of sound and all its benefits with her clients.
