What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. You may be able to transfer your tickets to a future show date subject to availability, please contact us to do so. You may transfer your tickets to a future show a maximum of 2 times.

Are tickets available at the door?

Tickets at the door are subject to availability, so we highly recommend pre-purchasing tickets as seating is limited.

Is there wheelchair accessibility here?

No, unfortunately there is no wheelchair accessibility at Prohibition Lounge.

I can't find the entrance to the venue. Where is it?

Accepted Answer

You can access Prohibition Lounge by entering the door to the left of Rumble Boxing and descending the stairs.

Question 5

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

Free street parking exists (subject to availability) and there is a paid parking lot at the strip mall directly east of the venue and across 17th Avenue at Western Canada High School.

Is there a coat check?

Accepted Answer

No, Prohibition does not currently offer a coat check service.
