Do I need a printed ticket for entry?

Accepted Answer

No printed or digital ticket is required for entry. Just ensure guests know the name of the company they are representing. Guests will check-in on arrival and be given their table number.

How can I notify you of dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

You can add dietary restrictions to your order or email info@padan.ca with the company name, name of the guest and the dietary restrictions.  Please notify us of any dietary restrictions by October 7th.

If I am not able to attend, can I donate my table back to the organization?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please email info@padan.ca if you are unable to attend the event. We will ensure that your company information is still noted in our promotional material.

Question 4

I’m purchasing a table on behalf of my company, how do I submit the list of guests?

Accepted Answer

Please email info@padan.ca with the list of guests names and dietary needs and we will ensure that the seating chart is updated for your company.

Question 5

Is there a tax receipt issued for a purchase?

Accepted Answer

No, PADAN is an incorporated, Not for Profit organization so tax receipts are not issued.
