Do I need a yoga mat?

We have a limited number of mats available for use on a by request basis. EMAIL hello@sacredpassagehealing.com TO RESERVE A MAT FOR USE.

What do I wear / bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear something loose and comfortable. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat, pillow, blanket &/or eye mask to make themselves comfortable. We have a limited quantity of mats to reserve for use if you do not have a yoga mat of your own.

Where do I park?

There are plenty of stalls available in the community centre parking lot.

How do I access the building?

The event begins at 4:30pm. The BACKDOOR door will open 5 mins or so before the event start time for entry into the building. Kindly note we cannot let you in if you arrive and the event has already started as the doors will be locked.
