A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie comfortably while soothing sounds—like crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and flute—are played. The sounds help your body and mind unwind, like a gentle massage made of sound. There’s nothing to do but rest and receive.

Not at all! This event is open to everyone—whether you’re brand new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive.

What if I don't want the optional 1:1 energy healing?

Accepted Answer

You’ll find a consent card at your mat when you arrive where you can indicate your preference for that day—either “No, thank you to touch today” or “Yes, please to healing touch today.”

Is it okay if I’m feeling anxious or low-energy?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. This is a gentle, introvert- and anxiety-friendly space. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are—there’s no pressure to talk, share, or do anything other than rest and receive.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Comfort is key! Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on (like a camping pad, thick blanket, or sleeping bag), a blanket or shawl, pillow or bolster, water bottle, and an eye mask or scarf if you'd like. A journal is optional. Think soft, warm, and super cozy. More is welcome and better.

Are scents or smoke used during the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes—cleansing smokes (like sage or palo santo) and essential oil blends are used to enhance the atmosphere. If you have sensitivities or respiratory concerns, this event may not be the best fit. Please consider this before registering.

Can a sound bath bring up emotional releases? What should I do if this happens?

Accepted Answer

Yes, emotional releases are common as sound helps release stored tension. If feelings arise, breathe, let tears flow, or shift position. It’s a natural part of healing—be gentle with yourself, and feel free to talk to me after for support.

What if I snore during the session?

Accepted Answer

To help reduce snoring, try lying on your side with good head support, and avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. If snoring becomes disruptive, you may be gently woken to help maintain a peaceful space for everyone—always with care and respect.
