•A pillow for your head (optional lumbar support pillow)
•Eye mask (optional)
•A blanket
•A water bottle with a lid
•Wear warm, layered, and comfy clothes – socks are required
•Bring as little as possible inside. Shoes and jackets will be removed at entry
