Our wide range of Wellness Events provide timely services that support the changing needs of our clients across the lifespan. <p>It is hard to maintain a regular routine especially during a pandemic. This  4 week interactive series will guide participants through a process of  recognizing habits that aren't serving them and identifying ONE healthy habit they would like to add to their lives. This workshop will help get you motivated and focused on something positive. The sessions include a workshop for journaling and connecting with others.
