Family Resource Clinic Day- ASD (OAP)

Our wide range of Wellness Events provide timely services that support the changing needs of our clients across the lifespan. These are delivered through various means, including groups, workshops, clinics, drop-ins, phone-ins and Telehealth services.-Notre vaste gamme d’événements de bien-être offre des services en temps opportun qui soutiennent l’évolution des besoins de nos clients tout au long de leur vie. Ceux-ci sont offerts par divers moyens, y compris des groupes, des ateliers, des cliniques, des services d’accès, des appels téléphoniques et des services de télésanté.

Surrey Place

***Must be registered with the OAP, and have a child between 0-18 with a confirmed diagnosis of ASD to attend****This is an opportunity to meet with an Autism Services Family Support Staff one-to-one. Participants can be supported to navigate community resources (respite programs, childcare, recreational programs, camps, etc.), receive assistance with applying for financial supports (government and charitable funding applications), and ask questions about the Ontario Autism Program. This is a foundational family service through the OAP and families must meet eligibility criteria to attend.Participants will be sent a link to join their 45 minute clinic time the day before, by email, from wellness.registration@surreyplace.ca
