Do I need to be physically fit?

Short answer: absolutely not! Fitness looks different for everyone, members have different levels of experience-- that's the beauty of it! The goal is to come together, have a space to grow, and have fun!

Do I need to bring equipment?

Just a water bottle! There will be various equipment available for you to use (ex. bands, jump rope, yoga mat, etc.).
