Tourism HR Canada is developing a Future Skills Competency Framework tool to help businesses, job-seekers and industry professionals in the Tourism sector. Among the tools' many applications, it will support users with tasks such as:
- Skills checklists
- Career progressions
- Identify skill gaps
- Career mapping
- Job fit analysis
- Competency trend analysis
The session will give you an introduction to the tool in its preliminary form, followed by a discussion. Feedback will help to ensure that the Future Skills Competency Framework will best meet the needs of potential users.
