Tourism HR Canada is gathering input from tourism industry students to inform the launch of a Pan-Canadian Tourism Competency Framework.

Are you in your final year of studies in a Tourism and Hospitality program? Tourism HR Canada is developing a Future Skills Competency Framework tool to help businesses, job-seekers and industry professionals in the Tourism sector. Among the tools&#x27; many applications, it will support users with tasks such as:<ul><li>Skills checklists</li><li>Career progressions</li><li>Identify skill gaps</li><li>Career mapping</li><li>Job fit analysis </li><li>Competency trend analysis</li></ul>The session will give you an introduction to the tool in its preliminary form, followed by a discussion. Feedback will help to ensure that the Future Skills Competency Framework will best meet the needs of potential users.This session will be in English.
