Will there be Gluten Free options?

Yes. We will be working with our sponsors and chefs to try and have all allergens listed.

Question 2

Will there be non-alcoholic beverages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a sponsor serving non -alcoholic Cider. We will also have other drinks like water, coffee and tea.

Question 3

Will there be a Silent Auction?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We will have many items for you to bid on and help support the team. If you or someone you know is interested in donating items for the Silent Auction, please email petrabarker111@gmail.com. We appreciate all the support we receive.

What other fundraising initiatives are you planning?

Grab Bags - $30/bag - These bags were a huge success at our last event so you better believe they will be at our Garden Party again! Each bag will have a minimum value of $30 and some bags will be filled with much more!! Find gift cards, seasonings, spices, swag and more inside!

What other things will be happening at this event?

Accepted Answer

We will be hosting a cornhole competition with a $50 per team entry fee. Everyone is welcome  to play for a chance to win a $300 cash prize and of course to have some fun! Be sure to get your spot in the competition when you are purchasing your tickets.

Is OpenRoad Toyota near transit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are 2  Sky train stations close to OpenRoad Toyota. Moody Centre is an 11 minute walk and Inlet Centre Station is a 9 minute walk

Is there parking on site?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no parking on site, but there is plenty of street parking in the area.

If I can't make it to the event, how can I still help?

Accepted Answer

You can donate items for our silent auction - gift baskets, gift cards or anything else. We also need items for our goody bags. Any number of items, big or small. We really appreciate anything you are able to contribute. If you can help, email us at petrabarker111@gmail.com.
