이 세션에서는 캐나다의 기본적인 인권 및 고용 권리와 일상 생활과 직장에서 인종 차별로부터 우리를 보호할 수있는 방법에 대해 알려주고 있습니다.심재헌심재헌 변호사는 사스카츄언 대학에서 법학을 마친후 법률사업가로 2014년 “심로” 법률회사를 운영해 오고 있습니다. 심재헌 변호사는 그 이후로 특히 고용법및 가정법 관련 주력 업무를하면서성장을 하고 있고, 한인커뮤티에서 멤버로서 한인동포를 위해 자원봉사를 하고 있습니다. 법률업무영역은 중재, 고용법, 가정법 및 소속및 차압관련하여 활발히 활동하고 있습니다.김유진 변호사는 오스굿 로스쿨을 졸업하고 현재 YJKim Law PC라는 개인 변호사 사무실을 운영하면서 난민/이민법 및 인사법/인권법 변호사로 활동하고 있습니다. 개업 이전에는 토론토에 위치한 Parkdale Community Legal Services에서 금전적, 그리고 언어적 어려움을 겪고 있는 의뢰인들을 위해 근로자법, 인권법, 이민법, 복지법 및 임대차보호법 서비스를 제공한 바 있습니다. 도어 경품 사용 가능Zoom details for this meeting will be shared through your order confirmation email from Eventbrite.
