Sa sesyon na ito, babalangkasin ang karapatang pantao at mga karapatan satrabaho sa Canada at kung paano maproproteksyonan tayo sa pinapasukannating trabaho at sa ating personal na buhay.Si Ramon Andal ay nag praktis sa larangan ng Litigation, Insurance Coverage, Professional Liability, Health law at Administrative law. Siya ay naglingkod bilang miyembro ng Board of Inquiry (Police Service Action) , sa Consent and Capacity Board and pati na rin sa Social Security Tribunal and Income Security section. Siya ay nagging contributing Editor sa Insurance Laws sa Canada. Siya ay Binanggit bilang Authority sa Insurance Law ng ilang mga korte kasama na ang Supreme Court of Canada. Siya ay naglingkod bilang Counsel para sa Filipino at Chinese Advocacy group sa area ng litigation at Human Rights matters. Kasama na dito and kaso ng Chinese Head Tax. Siya ang founding member ng Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers at naglingkod bilang Direktor ng Peel Law Association. Si Ramon ay nagtamo ng parangal mula sa Law Society bilang Early and Exceptional Ontario Lawyer of Filipino Heritage.Si Rafael Badiola ay nagtapos ng pagiging Juris Doctor sa University of Calgary na kung saan dinsiya nagtapos ng Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. Habang siya ay nag-aaral, siya ay nag volunteer bilang Project Coordinator para sa Immigration project at bilang Sudent Case Worker sa Student Legal Assistance. Sila ay nagbigay ng mga serbisyong legal sa iba’t ibang mga kliyente. Bago mapabilang si Rafael sa Shim Law, siya ay nagkaroon ng malawak na karanasan sa Calgary sa paghawak ng mga kaso sa korte sa larangan ng Family, Child Welfare at Wills and Estates. Si Rafael ay aktibong miyembro ng Filipino Calgarian community at nakapagbibigay ng serbisyo sa Filipino at Ingles.
