<p>Treat yourself to an unforgettable musical yoga experience co-led by renowned medieval flutist Norbert Rodenkirchen and Vancouver-based yoga and breathwork teacher Sandra Jara. The class will begin with a musical intro by Norbert, followed by a brief talk on the mystical connections between medieval music, breath, and embodied awareness. This will be followed by a gentle yoga practice guided by Sandra and set to a meditative soundtrack created by Norbert. The session will conclude with a few minutes of live solo flute.</p><p>No prior yoga or music experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a yoga mat.</p><p><br></p><h3>Meet Your Instructors:</h3><h3><br></h3><h4><strong><strong>Sandra Patricia Jara Peña (she/her)</strong></strong></h4><p>Originally from Bogotá, Colombia and now based in Vancouver, Sandra is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, trauma-informed instructor, and mindfulness and breathwork facilitator.
