Unraveling the science behind why and how people connect, Linda Reddin, CEC PCC removes the mystery and anxiety out of &quot;talking to friends, family, strangers or groups of people to get the results you want.&quot;For 40+ years, SDI Relationship Awareness Theory &amp; Personal Strengths Assessments have helped people learn about themselves and others at a much deeper level. The more aware we are of the impact we make on others’ feelings, the more empowered we are to control the outcome of our relationships with others. That’s what Relationship Awareness is all about – empowering others to control the outcomes of their relationships with others. It’s the key to greater effectiveness.Participants will apply their knowledge to real-life-business/work scenarios, such as:<ul><li>How to make a cold call and sell a meeting.</li><li>How to talk so people will listen and say yes.</li><li>How to write an email that gets a response.</li><li>How to have a difficult conversation with someone that goes well!</li></ul>Attendees leave the workshop with greater awareness, new communication tools and more confidence to do the work and get the results they need, with less stress!Other Specifics:The workshop is held within a meeting room. To ensure maximum comfort, please dress comfortably and in layers. Please bring a refillable water bottle. A snack will be available during our mid-way break. All workshop supplies are covered, but feel free to bring a favourite pen, travel mug or a preferred snack for those with dietary concerns.Dress: Casual &amp; comfortableParking: available at no charge
