In this workshop, Kyle will break down the basic business structures in Ontario: sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations.
 He will provide step-by-step insight into the process of setting up each structure, and explain important legal considerations for each.About the Speaker: Kyle StoutKyle Stout is an associate lawyer in the Business Law Group at Nelligan Law. His practice is focused on all aspects of corporate,
