The Alberta Society for Asian Popular Arts (ASAPA) is a not-for-profit society formed under the Societies Act of Alberta in April of 2004, it operates with seven representatives elected from the core membership body. Our mandate is to promote Asian popular arts with our main focus on Japanese pop culture.

The menu includes...Choice of one food item (Specific items will have limited quantities):<ul><li>Food Menu: Omurice ♥ (a Japanese dish consisting of an omelet made with fried rice and thin, fried scrambled eggs)</li><li>Drinks: Tea, Coffee or Water</li><li>Allergy Free Alternatives available. Please inform your server of any food allergies that you may have.</li><li>Performances and Interactive Games</li><li>Exclusive Merch and Polaroid photos available for sale</li></ul>Ticket price: $25 (No refunds. No exchanges for missed sessions.)Please Note:<ul><li>Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts.</li><li>Once doors close, late entry will not be permitted.</li><li>A valid Animethon 2025 Pass must be present for every ticket holder to attend this event.</li><li>No refunds.
