Breathe, Relax, and Connect. Weekday mornings at 9:30am EDT

Join us weekday mornings for a guided practice of gentle self-awareness, grounding, and connection.Finding our Centre is a practical blend of mindfulness (awareness) and meditation (conscious choice) that can help you feel connected to your inner-self and the world around you.Monday to Thursday 9:30am EST until June 17th 2021Our calls are 30 minutes long and we meet via Zoom. You have the option to have video on, or off, or to use your phone to call in. You will receive an email reminder each morning. If you can't attend every morning that's ok. Come when you can.Finding Our Centre is shared with you in the spirit of the gift economy.
