Do I have to be neurodivergent to join?

Accepted Answer

This club is designed for neurodivergent youth 11 and up, but anyone who feels the space is a good fit is welcome. We ask all participants to help maintain a respectful, low-pressure environment where neurodiverse voices are centered.

Where exactly will the reading club take place?

Accepted Answer

We will set up a variety of seating options inside the bookstore around the sofa.

Question 3

Should parents stay for the duration of the reading club?

Accepted Answer

Parents are welcome to stay and connect with other parents outside! There are many spaces to sit and converse outside Nooroongji Books. We will have self-serve coffee available inside the building at drop-off.

Question 4

How will the $5 gift card work?

Accepted Answer

Each participant will be given a $5 reloadable gift card at the end of the session. The $10 registration fee helps with no-shows, and helps fund current and future programming! Thank you for your support.

Question 5

What if something comes up? Can we get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we've set up no-stress refunds up to 2 days before the event! Please follow Eventbrite instructions for refunds.
