Many yoga classes in the west have turned into a standard fitness class. While the benefits of increased strength and flexibility are great, the real purpose of yoga is about reconnecting with our deeper, truer self. That can be lost when we&#x27;re mainly focused on what our body is (or is not) doing, how it looks, and how we compare to others. What if instead you could show up to a class exactly as you are, coming away feeling more connected and accepting of your body no matter how it looks or how far it bends?Join me for this slow and gentle yoga class as we explore how it feels to be in your body as it is right now. Become aware of what you&#x27;re experiencing and meet yourself with openness, curiosity, and kindness. No previous yoga experience required (nor is flexibility!)
