Looking to slow down, tune in, and start a new ritual this summer?Join us for a Matcha &amp; Mindfulness Workshop in the park! After several successful indoor events, our community has shared they're ready to get outside.This guided session is designed to help you ground, reflect, and learn the art of making matcha at home.In this experience, you will:<ul><li>Be guided through gentle, soul-centred journaling prompts</li><li>Learn how to make a refreshing iced matcha latte (and enjoy one)</li><li>Leave feeling refreshed, connected, and more present</li></ul>Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking for a new mindfulness ritual, this workshop offers a beautiful pause in the midst of the everyday hustle.

<h3>Who's this for?</h3>Anyone who's looking to start or improve their at-home matcha-making ritual, and is curious about exploring a journaling practice.Or if you're looking for a mindful moment, to gather with good company, or just really love matcha, this is for you. It's all about feeling good.Limited spots available.Registration required, so reserve your seat.

<h3>What's included?</h3><ul><li>Journal - A mini journal for your reflections.</li><li>Tools - An Essential Kit of matcha tools, yours to keep. This includes a Chasen (whisk), chashaku (scoop), spoon, and stainless steel sieve.</li><li>Matcha - Your own handcrafted iced matcha beverage — choose from Blueberry or Classic. All ingredients will be provided. </li></ul>Note: Tins of <a href="https://makermatcha.square.site/" title="https://makermatcha.square.site/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Maker Matcha</a> will be available for purchase to take home.
