Can I attend the conference for just one day?

Absolutely. We understand that schedules can be tight, so we offer single-day passes for your convenience. Just select the one-day ticket option during checkout to choose the day that works best for you.

Where will the conference sessions take place?

Accepted Answer

All conference sessions will be hosted at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Morning sessions will be held in the Alberta/New Brunswick Room. Afternoon sessions will run in parallel across both the Alberta/New Brunswick Room and the Ivor Petrak Room.

Will there be any social events during the conference?

Yes! In celebration of PTAC’s 30th anniversary, we have some special social events planned. Join us on the evenings of April 13 and 14 for networking, celebration, and connection in Banff. Stay tuned for full details — and be sure to subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss the announcement!

Is there a room block rate available for attendees?

Can I book additional nights outside the conference dates?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but availability and rates may vary. We recommend booking early and contacting the hotel if you need to extend your stay. PTAC's discounted rate is valid from April 9 - 19, 2026.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Please note that cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to a full stay penalty. We recommend reviewing your travel plans before booking.
