This webinar in the City of Toronto's Trade Diversification series will focus on the importance of trade diversification, especially as Toronto's business community face a changing international landscape and the additional challenges of a tariff environment.This webinar will answer the following questions:<ul><li>What is trade diversification and why is it important?</li><li>Why is now the right time?</li><li>Are all export markets the same?</li><li>What considerations are important to know when diversifying my trade strategy?</li><li>What kind of free trade agreements are available? How can I take advantage of them for my business?</li><li>What other resources and tools are available for me and my enterprise to use?</li><li>What are the resources available for companies to navigate tariffs?</li><li>What programs and services do the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) offer to support trade diversification?</li></ul>Join us to learn more about diversifying to export markets!Speaker Bio:Rachel Gam is a Trade Commissioner at the Regional Office of Ontario of the Trade Commissioner Service, Global Affairs Canada. She is responsible for the Modular Housing sector for the Ontario Region and acts as the first point of contact for all external and internal inquiries received through the general Ontario Regional Inbox.Cheska Catilo is a Trade Commissioner at the Regional Office of Ontario of the Trade Commissioner Service, Global Affairs Canada.
