Join us Saturday August 23, 8-10am at lululemon Southlake for a morning of health and wellness

We're so excited to bring a free wellness day to the community. We will start with a workout for all ages and fitness levels in the Rustin Pavillion in Town Square lead by Built4it trainer Chico Morales and staff. After the workout we invite you to come back to the store for your post workout recovery provided by Pause Southake, cold plunge tubs, leg compression sleeves. Chiropractor Chris Skelton on site for recovery and adjustments.Refreshments provided by Sweetgreen and a gift with purchase for the first 50 people to sign up.D.J. Dani will be here to drop the beats.Bring a mat and water. Can't wait to see you there!
