The mission of ERPsim Lab is to conduct research, development and transfer in the field of serious games in information technology. Join us for an immersive hands-on experience with the ERPsim Logistics Sustainability with Disruptors Game.

<h2>All you need to know</h2> <h3>The Challenge</h3>Compete against teams of students from around the world in a fast-paced ERPsim Logistics Sustainability with Disruptos showdown in HyFlex mode (a combination of asynchronous and synchronous gameplay). Apply your strategic thinking to manage a virtual company, make critical decisions in real-time, and utilize SAP S/4HANA to outmaneuver the competition.The team with the highest company valuation at the end of the challenge wins! <h3>Who can register?</h3>To participate, the acadmic institution of the faculty coach registering a team must be a member of the SAP University Alliances. The coach must also have a vaid simCID and have an active ERPsim class or plans to have one within six months of the Challenge.Teams are encouraged to have experience with SAP S/4HANA and the ERPsim Logistics Sustainability Games prior to the event; no training is provided on the days of the event. An information and practice session will be offered one week prior to the official start date of the event.Team Requirements:<ul><li>Composed of 3-5 students from the same university.</li><li>The team can have up to 2 coaches.</li><li>Only one team per university is allowed to register.</li><li>Diverse teams are encouraged.</li></ul>The faculty coach registering the team will serve as the primary contact.Participation is FREE. Registration will close when teams are at capacity. <h3>Rules</h3>Game Format:<ul><li>Optional awareness session (Sep 19) one week prior to the official start date (Sep 26).</li><li>The game will be played in synchronous and asynchronous mode across three weeks (Sep 26, Oct 3 and Oct 10).</li><li>Players will have flexibility in inputting choices throughout the game.</li><li>Two rounds will be played in synchronous mode every week.</li><li>Each round lasts 10 virtual days, with 60-second increments per day.</li><li>Random disruptions will be introduced every round.</li></ul>Winning Criteria:<ul><li>Teams will be ranked based on their company valuation.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Win Big!</h3><ul><li>1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Teams: Exclusive digital badges recognizing your team's outstanding performance.</li><li>All Participants: A digital badge showcasing your participation in the challenge.</li></ul> <h3>Aditionnal information</h3>An awareness/practice session will be held on Sep 19, one week prior to the start of the main event.Teams will play the Logistics Sustainability game scenario in a combined synchronous and asynchronous gameplay, with flexibility in deciding and inputting their choices in pricing, procurement, stock transfer strategies, and more.Access to the ERPsim SAP S/4HANA Fiori system will be available throughout the event, requiring merely 1 to 2 hours of dedicated asynchronous team discussion and decision input and 1 hour of synchronous gameplay per week. The synchronous rounds will be played on Fridays at 11 am, Montreal Time.Following each round, a random disruption will be revealed, prompting teams to revise their strategies based on results and new information.
