Hearty welcome to join us every Sunday to experience “Yoga on Chair” followed by Simple Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation.at -Waterloo Memorial Recreation Center,101 Father David Bauer Drive,Waterloo ON N2L 2J2.Yoga on Chair _8:40 AM,Heartfulness session starts at 8:55 AM with Relaxation &amp; mind centering exercise for 5 mins followed by Meditation for about 30-45 minutes. Followed by learning Heartfulness techniques &amp; interactive session, Q&amp;A on topic of the day.
