What are my transportation/parking options for getting to/from the event?

Onsite parking is available at the Stampede Grounds for $18/vehicle. 
Easy access to the BMO Centre on the C-Train via the Victoria/Stampede Station.

How do I find Bar 1912 in the Big Four Building?

As you enter the main door of the building, you would get to a set of stairs, and Bar 1912 is at the top of the stairs to the left.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

A printed ticket is not necessary as long as you have a digital copy on your phone.

What is the refund & cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. Tickets ARE transferable for this event so we encourage you to pass your ticket to an alternative guest or member if you cannot attend.

Are Eventbrite Fees Refundable?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite won't refund the fee to the buyer when a refund request is processed however, we will continue to refund the fee to the buyer when the event is cancelled by the organizer.
