Workshop: Managing Arthritis and Pain

Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinics are a new primary health care delivery model in which Nurse Practitioners are the lead providers. The team at Emery Keelesdale includes Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, a Dietitian, a Social Worker, a collaborating family physician, and other health care professionals. We offer a comprehensive, accessible, and coordinated family health care service to our community - especially those who do not have access to a primary care provider. EKNPLC has been providing services to Humber Summit in North York West and the Keele & Eglinton area since 2012.

Emery Keelesdale Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic

Improve your health while living with arthritis and pain.

Arthritis can get in the way of your activities that you do on a daily basis. In this workshop, EKNPLC&#x27;s registered dietitian will help you identify and discuss eating and lifestyle behaviours that can promote health when living with arthritis and pain.There are two sessions to choose from, both from 11:30am to 1pm EST (1.5 hours):<ul><li>Tuesday Sept 7</li><li>Tuesday Sept 28***</li></ul>DATE CORRECTION: Please note the second session has been postponed from Sept 21 to Sept 28.This workshop will be hosted on Zoom.
