Are there hotel rooms available at a discounted price?

Accommodation:
Rooms at a rate of $179+hst per night will be available for both Sunday and Monday evenings. Rooms will consist of 2 Queen size beds or 1 King size bed and a pullout couch. When calling to book, mention that you are with the New Brunswick Special Care Home Association

Question 2

Can I bring my staff?  And do they count as a member if I am already one?

Yes staff are welcome to attend and they receive the member discount the same as you do.

Question 3

Will operators be there on Sunday evening?  I may be interested in coming up the night before.

Accepted Answer

Yes the full board, most of the regional coordinators  and many operators will be there Sunday evening.  We are hosting a meet and greet opportunity from 5-8pm at the hotel along with a CareLeaders Unplugged event.  Come join our board of directors for this valuable networking opportunity.

Question 4

Will staff and Ministers from Social Development be attending?

Everyone has been invited along with the Premier.  We are finalizing the agenda and speakers and will update accordingly.   Coordinators from all regions have all been invited.  Minister of Social Development and the Minister responsible for Seniors and Women's Equality have confirmed.

Will there be prizes?

Yes gift baskets and prizes will be awarded during the Annual General Meeting

I know someone who would be a great board member.  How do I nominate them?

Who can I contact if I need help with registration?

Are rooms available on Sunday night as well?

Yes.

Question 9

Will there be refreshments throughout the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes there will be a light snack on Sunday night and a cash bar.  Monday -  8 am coffee/tea and muffins, a full lunch and health breaks concluding with a full supper Monday evening from 6-8pm.
