Where will the conference take place?

All conference sessions will be hosted in the Devonian Room at the Calgary Petroleum Club.

Is there parking available on site?

While the Calgary Petroleum Club doesn't have its own lot, several public parking options are nearby, including Impark Lot #248 and Indigo Parkade (240 5th Ave SW). Arrive early for best availability. Rideshare and transit are also great options.

Will meals or refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, gourmet buffet breakfast and lunch, as well as refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please indicate dietary restrictions during registration.

Will there be networking opportunities?

Yes. The PTAC-DIF 2026 will feature a dedicated networking reception at the end of the day, offering attendees the chance to connect with industry leaders, innovators, and peers in a relaxed, professional setting. It’s a great opportunity to build relationships and explore new collaborations.
