BCEdAccess Society is an organization serving families of students with disabilities and complex learners all over the province of British Columbia. Our parent support group has over 4000 members and stories shared on our private discussion board daily illustrate the depth of the challenges families face in pursuing equitable access to education in BC schools.If you are a parent or guardian in British Columbia looking for support, knowledge, information and/or to take action regarding special education in our Province, please contact us via social media below and join our Facebook support group.It is time for our voices to be heard. It is time to bring forward the stories of families in our communities who are facing numerous obstacles trying to access education for their children. Come and join us for another free pop-up online reading!We&#x27;re so excited to host the incredible series Adventures of a Stuttering Superhero with author Kim Block! These empowering stories talk about stuttering in a matter of fact tone with the goal of fostering empathy and acceptance for children who stutter. With art that intentionally reflects all different examples of diverse abilities, nationality and cultural practices.These books are for everyone. We all have challenges and children can relate and connect to these books even if they do not stutter.
