Hi there, we&#x27;re Amaara and Aashim.When we started the Toronto Global Eats Challenge, we had no idea thousands of people would be interested in our journey. Just six months later, many of you probably have this sentence seared into your brains: &quot;Toronto is known for its diversity, so we&#x27;re on a mission to find every country&#x27;s food in the GTA&quot;. If you have no idea what we&#x27;re talking about, it all began right <a href="https://seedeatrepeat.ca/2021/03/22/global-eats-challenge-chile/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>.While we love making each episode of the series, our love affair with food is all about its power to bring people together. To help people show love for one another, to bridge differences and of course, to explore the world. This is why we are so excited to launch the first ever Toronto Global Eats food tour!

Here&#x27;s a quick snapshot of the tour:<ul><li>We will meet at 708 Danforth Ave, at one of the oldest cafes in Toronto&#x27;s famous Greektown</li><li>Over the next three hours, we will try small bites from some of the best local restaurants in the area and chat with the passionate people behind the food</li><li>As we walk between the stops, Aashim and Amaara will share details about the neighbourhood, the cuisines we sample and throw in some food trivia for you to mull over as well</li><li>Our tour will end at a gorgeous cafe, where you&#x27;re free to stick around and relax as long as you would like</li><li>We&#x27;ll provide some recommendations for more restaurants, bars, shops and places of interest in the area so you can make a full day out of it!</li></ul>For all FAQs, including which dietary needs can be accommodated, our refund/cancellation policy and anything else you may need to know before booking, <a href="https://seedeatrepeat.ca/food-tour-faqs/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">click here</a>. Please note: In Ontario, proof of vaccination is currently mandatory for indoor dining. To be allowed on the tour, you must have your vaccination receipt on hand. If you do not present your vaccination passport when asked by the restaurants, you will be asked to leave without refund. We can&#x27;t wait for you to join us! One piece of advice: come hungry.* $79.96 is the all inclusive price per person. This includes all food and drink tastings, the tour experience, a handy guide of our favourite things to do + eat in the area, a $5 donation to FoodShare and all Eventbrite fees.* $5 from each ticket purchase is donated to FoodShare, an organization dedicated to the long-term improvement of our local food system.
