An online conference for wine scholars and enthusiasts that compares and contrast the complex history of wine making and production.

September 23-24Do you want to know more about the spread of wine from Europe to settler societies around the world? Or to explore the impact of globalization on wine production? Or perhaps you are more interested in the environmental histories of vineyards? This three day online conference highlights the contributions of Indigenous Peoples, migrants, and scientists. Lastly, it explores how wine has been marketed to new consumers.Each days features two sessions.
