Join us for a half-day, nature-immersed workshop designed to reconnect you with your inner voice through expressive art and guided 9D breathwork. Set outdoors at the beautiful Earthwise Agassiz site, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and create from a place of presence. No art experience is needed, just curiosity and openness. You'll explore intuitive mark-making, abstract acrylic painting, and mixed-media techniques while using breathwork to quiet the mind, clear emotional blocks, and awaken creativity. This workshop includes all materials and a creativity “goody bag” to take home, and it runs rain or shine! Come dressed comfortably and ready to connect with yourself, others, and the natural world.
