Time to get your muscles warmed up for the 21st Annual Community in Motion: The Serious(ly) Fun Run with MOVE by GoodLife Kids!

We are thrilled to announce an outdoor workout with MOVE by GoodLife Kids! The incredible MOVE coach Sherry will lead us through an adapted beginners full body workout . This workout will include some functional movement and dancing to get your heart pumping! Come down to the Community Living London office and participate however you wish. Whether that be participating in each workout or cheering everyone on! We hope to see your smiling faces there getting excited for Community in Motion.

MOVE coach Sherry is excited to guide us through an all ability workout! Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and a positive attitude for an evening of sweaty fun!

This is a free event although donations are encouraged and greatly appreciated. All donations go straight to supporting Community In Motion.
