10,000 Trees for the Rouge

Tree Planting event #6 of 8 will take place  in the afternoon of Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, between 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Rouge National Urban Park, 19th Avenue Day Use Area

<p><strong>Federal, Provincial, Regional, Municipal, and  Organizational COVID-19  Regulations, Guidances, and Protocols:</strong></p><ul><li>For health, safety, and liability reasons, this planting  event is restricted to fully-COVID-19-vaccinated people  who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. "Fully-vaccinated" is defined as 14 days after receiving the 2nd dose.</li><li>All participants must provide name and phone number at registration (for COVID-19 Contact  Tracing purposes)</li><li>Only participants who have agreed to 10,000 Trees' "Communicable Disease Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement" will be allowed to register and participate.</li><li>10,000 Trees will ensure that the total number of participants on the planting site  at any one time remains below the maximum allowed by Public Health</li><li>10,000 Trees will sanitize  high-touch shared contact surfaces (e.g. shovel handles) after use, so they will be safe for the next users. </li><li>All participants will be required to answer <a href="https://covid-19.ontario.ca/screening/worker/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ontario's COVID-19 Screening Questions</a> prior to being allowed to enter the Planting Site, and anyone answering "Yes" to any of the questions will not be admitted.</li><li>All participants are responsible for bringing and wearing PPE (facemasks, gloves, etc.) applicable for  physical activity in an outdoor setting</li><li>All participants must maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times when on the planting site.</li></ul>
