Welcome to the Petawawa National Seniors Day event! Join us at the Petawawa Civic Centre for a day filled with activities, informative workshops, and great company. This event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate seniors in the community. Come and knowledge sharing, informative session, guest speakers, delicious food with a free lunch, and engaging conversations. Don't miss out on this special day dedicated to seniors programs and services. We look forward to seeing you there!

Registration takes place from 8:00am - 8:45am. Enjoy light refreshments and visit the various community information booths.

at 8:45 join us for the opening remarks from the Chair of the Seniors Advisory Committee and Mayor Serviss.

Join Nurse Practitioner Kelsey Tannahill for a discussion about Brain Health.

Take a quick break for 20 minutes grab a snack and visit with the various information booths.

Session 1 starts at 10:10am with your choice of  sessions on Dementia OR Reflexology

Session 2 starts at 10:50am and is your choice of session topics on Frauds and Scam OR Strength Training
