Chris Belliveau - C’est le 28 octobre 2022 que l’artiste Chris Belliveau lancait son premier album éponyme. Le 1er novembre 2024, un 2e album, « La rivière croche » voyait le jour. Ses inspirations ? La musique cajun, le country et le blues des années 60 et 70. Pour les paroles, il raconte des histoires plutôt personnelles ou celles de personnes qu’il a connues ou qu’il a rencontrées par chez lui ou sur la route. Mais à tout coup, il tente d’en faire des caricatures, ce qui définit son style d’écriture.Chris Belliveau est un artiste de grand talent qui a emmagasiné beaucoup d’expérience sur scène mais aussi en studio et ce, dans différents genres musicaux et face à un public nombreux et varié. Véritable caméléon musical, il s’affirme aujourd’hui pour la première fois dans une carrière solo. Tcheu Misère - Composé de six musiciens, Tcheu Misère est un groupe de musiqueblues acadien qui adopte une nouvelle approche de la musique traditionnelleacadienne. Le nom du groupe décrit assez bien l’inspiration derrière la musique qu'ilsfont ; la misère. Le coût de la vie, les relations et le stress du quotidien, sont desthèmes qu'explorent ces artistes pour mettre en lumière certains enjeux rencontrés parles gens dans la société.Inspiré par 1755, Bois Joli, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Zachary Richards, CreedanceClearwater Revival, Lisa LeBlanc et d'autres artistes français et anglophones. TcheuMisère apporte une nouvelle perspective et un nouveau style en Acadie.Depuis la création du groupe en octobre 2023, la vision a toujours été de créer deschansons avec des messages qui plaisent aussi bien aux jeunes qu'aux plus âgées. *** Chris Belliveau – On October 28, 2022, artist Chris Belliveau released his first self-titled album. Tcheu Misère – Composed of six musicians, Tcheu Misère is an Acadian blues group that adopts a new approach to traditional Acadian music. The name of the group describes quite well the inspiration behind the music they create: hardship. The cost of living, relationships, and the stress of daily life are themes these artists explore to shed light on certain challenges faced by people in society.Inspired by 1755, Bois Joli, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Zachary Richard, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Lisa LeBlanc, and other French and English artists, Tcheu Misère brings a new perspective and a fresh style to Acadia. Since the group’s creation in October 2023, the vision has always been to create songs with messages that appeal to both young and older audiences.
