Spontaneous Date Night is a unique evening for couples in Kelowna. Through a series of surprise prompts, your night unfolds in unexpected ways, creating meaningful connection and memories you could never plan.

Are all 3 events identical?

Accepted Answer

No. We're hosting 3 Spontaneous Date Nights in the Kelowna series and each one has a unique theme:

Spark (Sept 26): Playful prompts that reignite the spark.
Create (Oct 10): Let imaginations run wild and trigger joy.
Connect (Oct 23):  Slow down and tune in to what keeps you together.

Do we need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

If you already have Spontaneity Dice, bring them; otherwise, just bring your partner and an open mind. For couples joining for the first time, you'll receive your own set of Spontaneity Dice to use during the experience and take home.

How long does the event take?

Accepted Answer

The evening runs from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, with the option to linger afterward for a drink and/or more conversation. This can be your date night or just the beginning!

Where is the event? (Is it really at a clean beauty store?)

We’ll start together at 1495 Pandosy Street (which operates as The Green Vanity during the day but has a meeting space in the back). It's conveniently located in downtown Kelowna. From there, your night takes its own path.

Where can we park?

The Chapman Parkade is a block away and is free after 5 pm. There is also street parking.

Is this for all couples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Spontaneous Date Night is for couples of all kinds and all stages of love who are ready to shake up routine and reconnect.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

This date night event is a 'come as you are' event. Wear whatever you're comfortable in, but do note that there will be some walking, so comfortable shoes are a MUST!

Is this a group activity or a private experience?

Accepted Answer

It’s both. You’ll spend most of the evening on your own adventure as a couple, then reconvene at the end with the group for an optional rink and sharing about your spontaneous adventure.

How is this different from a regular date night?

Unlike dinner or a movie, Spontaneous Date Night is unplanned and unrepeatable. Each couple’s experience is unique, driven by chance and curiosity, so no two nights are ever the same.

Can we attend more than one event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Each night has a different theme (Spark, Create, Connect), so you’ll have a new experience every time. You can buy single tickets or a Series Pass for all three.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes the full 2-hour experience and a set of Spontaneity Dice (one per couple, provided at your first event). If you purchase the 3-event pass, you'll get your dice at the first event and have access to all 3 experiences.

Question 13

Does each person in the couple have to buy a ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. The ticket is good for both of you. The price is $20 per couple. Talk about an inexpensive date night idea, right?
