Top management commitment is vital to the successs of any quality improvement system.   A quality Council can give them the ownership.

Getting top management commitment is vital for the success of any improvement system.  Setting up a quality council is a good way to get involvement.  The quality council should be diverse.   The quality council, lead by top management, guides the system. People learn how to manage a quality improvement system with a quality council.  People will practice setting up a quality council. People who want to learn how to get top management involvement in a quality council should attend.

Dans l'industrie, le Dr Tozer a dirigé avec succès des équipes de personnes pour améliorer leurs organisations en utilisant la méthodologie Six Sigma. Il est ingénieur qualité certifié ASQ et ceinture noire Six Sigma certifié et enseigne des cours de la qualité.  Dr Tozer a formé plus de quatre cents personnes sur divers sujets dans le domaine de la qualité et a mis en œuvre des systèmes qualité efficaces pour de nombreuses organisations.
