Laura Rojas will be hosting an online poster making workshop. Participants will learn about the basics of design, and how to create a poster that speaks to a cause they are passionate about. Make copies for distribution and scan your poster for our digital display. Materials will be provided. Laura will put posters into a zine, which will be distributed online and at Toronto Public Library.Date: Saturday October 23 at 11amLocation: Online via Toronto Public Library&#x27;s Crowdcast channel TPL Programs. How can art and design spread the message of equity? And protest posters carry the demands of communities looking for justice? Laura Rojas is a designer, educator, and community-engaged artist who will host several poster-making workshops on the tactics of protest posters to fight for causes that are important to us. The public is invited to sign up for workshops, and attend a subsequent zine launch and installation at Toronto Public Library.
