This training program is offered virtually with live facilitation. All attendees are expected to be equipped with a working computer with internet access and audio, visual, and speaking capabilities to participate in the training effectively.

Are there any prerequisites to taking this course?

There are no prerequisites to taking this course however a general understanding of public transit, battery-electric buses, and being fluent in English is beneficial.

What if I cannot attend all the virtual sessions?

Accepted Answer

It is the attendees' responsibility to manage their attendance to each session. There are no partial refunds or exceptions to attendees who cannot attend all sessions.

Will presentation slides or recordings be shared with attendees?

Accepted Answer

No, slides and recordings from this training program will not be shared with attendees after the course is complete.
