Flowers & Flow is more than a yoga class — it’s a ritual experience designed to open your heart and remind you of the beauty and confidence

Yoga Therapy Toronto

Step into a sanctuary where flowers, breath, and gentle movement weave into ceremony. Flowers & Flow is more than a yoga class — it’s a ritual experience designed to open your heart and remind you of the beauty and confidence you already carry within.Guided through soft yoga, breath practices, and meditative moments with fresh flowers, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect, and feel held by something greater. Each session includes:

Gentle flow + grounding poses to release tension and awaken presence

Breathwork & guided meditation to calm the mind and steady the heart

Flower ritual — working with fresh blooms as symbols of beauty, trust, and renewal

Closing tea & reflection to carry the sense of ritual into your daily life

This class is for anyone seeking a deeper connection — to body, spirit, and the natural world. You don’t need experience with yoga or flowers; just bring an open heart.✨ a ritual to remind you: you are surrounded, supported, and already whole.
