Do I need experience to participate?

No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move in and with the community!

Question 2

I've registered for a workshop! What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email the week before your workshop that shares all the deats! Typically, you can be prepared to wear clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle and your donation, if not already made (we accept cash, card, and e-transfer).

Question 3

How much should I pay per class?

Accepted Answer

The recommended donation amount spans between $10-$20, however any amount is encouraged and welcome. Your presence is most valuable to us, so please don't let money be a barrier!

What about accessibility? (washrooms, transportation, parking, etc.)

As each workshop takes place in a different venue, the accessibility varies. You'll receive an email the week prior to your workshop with helpful details, including location, accessibility notes, transportation options, and parking. For questions prior to registration, email skye@aeriskorper.com.
