What are my transportation/parking options for getting to/from the event?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

A printed ticket is not necessary as long as you have a digital copy on your phone.

What is the refund & cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. Tickets ARE transferable for this event so we encourage you to pass your ticket to an alternative guest or member if you cannot attend.

Are Eventbrite Fees Refundable?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite won't refund the fee to the buyer when a refund request is processed however, we will continue to refund the fee to the buyer when the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Events hosted and/or sponsored by the Association of Administrative Professionals Calgary Branch will respect the current Alberta Health Services (AHS) guidelines and restrictions.
