Do I need to be fit to attend?

Not at all! All sessions are guided with options to suit every level, so you can move at your own pace.

What should I bring?

Bring a towel, warm clothes, water bottle, and a yoga mat if you prefer to use your own. Everything else will be provided.

What if I don’t like cold plunges?

No pressure! You can participate in the breathwork and still enjoy all other aspects of the retreat.
