E101 County: Funding & Cash Flow

Understanding your numbers is key to building a sustainable business. This workshop will help participants gain confidence in managing their finances and understanding how money moves in and out of their business.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of financial management, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning. The session will also explore various funding options available to entrepreneurs, such as microloans, grants, and other forms of small business financing.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have the tools to create a realistic 1–3 year cash flow projection and the knowledge to make informed financial decisions that support their business goals.
