Do I need grip socks for the class?

Yes, grip socks are required for all Pilates sessions to ensure stability, comfort, and safety during movement.
If you don’t have a pair, don’t worry! Exclusive SCLPT for the Cause socks will be available for purchase on-site and each guest will also receive a complimentary pair in their gift bag

How long is each class?

Each class is 60 minutes long. After your session, guests are welcome to stay, eat, and socialize while enjoying refreshments and connecting with other attendees and sponsors.

Will there be food or drinks?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Guests will enjoy sandwiches from Café Milano, kombucha from Gutsy, tea from DAVIDsTEA, and custom cookies from Amanda Bakes A Lot. Aong with gifts provided by other event sponsors.

Can I choose my time slot?

Yes! You can select your preferred time when purchasing your ticket:
• 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM

Where do proceeds go?

Accepted Answer

We’re launching exclusive limited-edition SCLPT for a Cause socks, and 100% of the proceeds from those sales will be donated to a breast cancer foundation. There will also be a donation box on-site for anyone who wishes to contribute further.

What’s the dress code?

Accepted Answer

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, all guests are encouraged to wear pink or any shade within the pink, white, or beige color palette. 
Please dress in comfortable activewear suitable for Pilates. Think soft tones, minimal fits, and pieces you can move in with ease.
