What should I bring?

Bring a journal (for writing prompts and reflection), and wear or bring something you don’t mind painting in — we’ll be using ink for one of the creative exercises. Cozy layers are encouraged. Think: your favorite sweater, socks, or scarf that help you feel grounded.

Do I need any art experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The ink art portion is guided and completely beginner-friendly. All materials and instructions will be provided. The focus isn’t on creating a masterpiece — it’s on expressing and embodying your process.

Question 3

What will the space be like?

Accepted Answer

We’ll gather during sunset hours, indoors with warm lighting, tables, and chairs for those who prefer structure — and yoga mats and floor seating for those who like to be closer to the ground. You’ll also have access to the back patio, for fresh air or moments of quiet between segments.

Question 4

What should I expect from the hypnosis portion?

Accepted Answer

This type of guided hypnosis is a deeply relaxing, meditative journey designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. You’ll be guided into a gentle trance state where you can integrate new, supportive beliefs at a subconscious level. You can lie down or stay seated—both are effective.

Will your book be available at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The Rebirth Rituals will be available for purchase at the event. If you pre-purchase with your event ticket it will be $7 less than purchasing online.  If you change your mind the night of, you can still pick up a copy there - or order it in advance through amazon.

Question 6

Is there parking nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is street parking along the main strip near the venue. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.

Do I have to share or participate in every part?

Accepted Answer

No. Every invitation — from writing to sharing to art — is optional. This evening is about honoring your own pace and trusting your process. You can observe, rest, or participate as much as feels right for you.

Will this event feel heavy or emotional?

Accepted Answer

We’ll touch on real-life transitions — endings, change, reinvention — but the evening is about honoring them beautifully, not getting lost in stuckness or heaviness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with rituals to help carry you through this season.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?

Accepted Answer

No. This experience is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It’s a supportive self-development practice meant to complement your personal growth, not replace professional care. Please participate at your own comfort level.
