Join Women of Colour Remake Wellness (WoCRW) for our monthly Reformer Pilates session – a mindful movement experience designed to help you strengthen your core, build mobility, and reconnect with your body.Whether you're a first-timer or a Pilates pro, this class welcomes all bodies and all levels. Led by a certified instructor in an inclusive studio space, our reformer session is intentionally designed for BIPOC women and femmes to move, breathe, and feel empowered together.🧘🏾‍♀️ What to Expect:<ul><li>A 50-minute small group Reformer Pilates class</li><li>A focus on core strength, flexibility, and alignment</li><li>A chance to connect with like-minded women over wellness and community</li></ul>✨ Why Reformer Pilates?Pilates improves posture, tones muscles, and supports recovery. It's a low-impact but high-reward workout that’s gentle on the joints and excellent for building long-term strength and mobility. Our monthly sessions are part of our broader mission to make wellness more accessible, joyful, and culturally grounded for BIPOC women.
